What changed in Power Atlas.
A source-linked record of shipped coverage, interface and performance improvements. This is separate from the Change Ledger, which tracks real-world infrastructure events.
Development continues even when publishing does not.
A saved candidate is never labeled live until the public site passes production verification. Failed delivery attempts stay visible without stopping the next evidence-backed release.

Historical backfill accounts for every Sites version from Release 1 through 227. Release 228 onward is captured at publication. Verified post-488 deliveries use their exact Sites version and deployment identity because no new product release numbers were assigned; saved versions and failed deployments are never labeled live.
